Learning innovation is the innovation applied on the educational system for improving the current education system management toward community effectively. It persuades the students in their learning management and supports them to learn faster in the Thailand 4.0 Era. Therefore the university is willful to develop research studies which are related to learning innovation and those that are valuable to the education and community.

Northeastern University, the higher education institution in the Northeast region of Thailand realizes the reinforcing role of personnel’s academic potential which is a part of personnel development. Therefore the university considered to organize the national and international conference for increasing the research studies’ quality and to provide an excellent platform for students, instructors and academicians for exchanging their knowledge and experiences. Furthermore, this conference is an academic cooperation between the national and international higher education institutions in order to strengthen academic matters along with creating knowledge through the research for making learning innovation in impelling the economy of the Northeast region and Thailand.
